The Friends of IREM program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers the service provider community the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.
West-Central Maryland Chapter 92 of the Institute of Real Estate Management is comprised of over 250 CPM members, Candidates, ARM members, and Associate Members, as well as over 15 AMO firms. Our members control managing and purchasing for commercial, residential, industrial, and retail properties throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District. Chapter 92 offers a unique opportunity for you to deliver your message to a specific target market. The Friends of IREM program enables your business to be exposed to, and involved with, a very influential group of decision makers in the property and asset management field. The Friends of IREM program is designed to foster professional relationships between our Real Estate members and a mix of locally represented, reputable service vendors.

Benefits and Services
Our chapter provides the following benefits and services to our Friends:
· Three (3) company representatives may attend ANY Chapter 92 meeting (seven Chapter meetings — joint meetings not included) with advance registration and payment of dinner fees.
· Can sponsor one of the seven meetings per year if selected at time of sign-up. Additional opportunity to sponsor throughout the year i.e. IREM INDUSTRY FORECAST MEETING/VENDOR BLENDER, IREM REGIONAL GALA, IREM GOLF TOURNAMENT, IREM’S HOLIDAY PARTY, etc
· Opportunity to address membership at the sponsoring meeting with a brief presentation.
· Receive a table at sponsoring meeting to display promotional material and have the opportunity to award a door prize to members.
· Receive recognition and contact information in the monthly e-newsletter, "At-A-Glance."
· Receive a full-page ad in the membership directory.
· Receive a copy of membership directory.
· Receive recognition on Chapter’s web page, www.irem92.org.
