Chapter 92 Friends of IREM Program
The Friends of IREM program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers the service provider community the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.
West-Central Maryland Chapter 92 implemented the Friends of IREM program in 1991. Chapter 92 offers a unique opportunity for you to deliver your message to a specific target market. The Friends of IREM program enables your business to be exposed to, and involved with, a very influential group of decision-makers in the property and asset management field. The Friends of IREM program is designed to foster professional relationships between our real estate members and a mix of locally represented, reputable service vendors. With the Friends of IREM program, our chapter can provide you with a multitude of benefits and opportunities.
The program provides the Friends of IREM with the privileges of participation in Chapter 92 activities. Membership is by invitation only. Chapter 92 encourages its members to support their Friends. Chapter 92 offers a two-company limit per category and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

An open invitation to attend all IREM 92 monthly meetings. Up to three company representatives can attend seven general membership meetings at the cost of the meeting. As an added benefit, Friends can prepay for these meetings with their annual fee.

Recognition at all IREM 92 meetings through formal introductions, special "Friends of IREM" nametags and company name and contact information listed on all meeting programs.

Special sponsorship opportunities available, such as IREM 92 Golf Tournament, Casino Night, Crab Feast and IREM 92 Young Professionals (IYP) events to name a few.
