IREM Chapter 92 held our Eighth Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, August 9, 2010 at Woodmont Country Club. This year's tournament proceeds benefitted Hearts & Homes for Youth! Members and Friends of IREM 92 enjoyed a day on the greens at this exclusive private golf course while helping to make a difference in the lives of Montgomery County youth who are troubled and neglected.

Members of IREM Chapters 8 and 92 came together for our second annual June Luncheon, TAKE THE FUTURE MEMBERS OF IREM TO LUNCH!
This meeting addressed questions about obtaining and earning your CPM designation. We heard from IREM Faculty Member Len Frenkil, CPM who answered questions about the Capstone Courses and the electronic MPSA. We were also able to hear a presentation from IREM VP of Membership and Marketing, Lynn Disbrow. Lynn came all the way out from the IREM offices in Chicago to present a demonstration on IREMFIRST, IREM's online tool For Information, Resources, Solutions and Training!
This was an Informative meeting and a Must-Attend meeting for Candidates! |

Past Chapter Presidents of IREM 92 gathered for our Inaugural "Past Presidents' Dinner" on April 29, 2010 at Legal Seafood in Bethesda, MD.

A great time was had at IREM 92's most popular event of the year - our Annual Casino Night!! Professional dealers were on hand and tables set for Black Jack, Poker & Roulette. Everyone walked away a WINNER at the end of the evening and after bidding on fabulous prizes donated by IREM 92 and our Friends of IREM. Thank you for all your donations!
All proceeds from this evening went to the IREM Foundation Charity! Thank you for supporting a great cause. |

IREM Chapter 92 held it's February Charter Night Dinner Meeting and 30th Anniversary Celebration at Lakewood Country Club on Thursday, February 25, 2010.
At this meeting we recognized our Milestone Anniversary as a Chapter, as well as Milestone Anniversaries for some of our members. We heard "success stories" from 2 Past Chapter Presidents and gave out our Annual Awards for 2009 outstanding chapter members and volunteers. Finally, we were thrilled to give Pins & Certificates to 6 new ARM Members, 1 new CPM member and Chapter 92's first Accredited Commercial Manager or ACoM member! It certainly was an exciting evening for Chapter 92! |

A great time was had by all at our Annual Regional Forecast Meeting held in conjunction with Chapters 8, 77 & 92. This event also marked the Inaugural Vendor Blender tradeshow from our Friends of IREM!

IREM leaders from across the globe gathered at the IREM Fall Business
and Governance Meetings in Honolulu, HI, October 13-17, 2009. We
wrapped up our 2009 work and rang in the new IREM year with our 2010
leadership team!
The Business Meetings were followed by the CCIM
& IREM Success Series which is an annual event for real estate
management practitioners. Success Series was jam packed with
unparalleled education and networking events.

Our October Dinner Meeting was held at the Far East Restaurant in
Rockville, MD. Rick Bradley, the creator of the Quick Fit Exercise
Program and the author of the Quick Fit: The Complete 15-minute, No-Sweat Workout book and DVD was on hand to get Chapter 92 into shape!!

Chapter 92 Members, Friends and Guests gathered at May's Restaurant in Frederick, MD for September Dinner Meeting - our Annual Maryland Crab Feast!! A big THANK YOU goes out to Chamberlain Contractors for sponsoring this year's feast. A good time was had by all and no one left hungry!

Our April meeting was held on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Maggiano's
Little Italy in Chevy Chase. Just under 50 Members, Friends and Guests
were in attendance. Our guest speaker, Cindy Claire, CPM of Kettler
Management, provided an engaging presentation on generational
differences in the workforce, associated challenges and opportunities
to create a more productive and dynamic workplace.

Chapter 92 held it's annual March Meeting and always popular Casino Night on Thursday, March 12, 2009. IREM members and friends took their chances at our Black Jack, Poker and Roulette Tables.
At
the end of the evening everyone went home a winner after bidding on
fabulous prizes including an I-Pod, Sporting Event Tickets, Restaurant
Gift Cards and even a 6-Hour Yacht Cruise on the Bay! THANK YOU again to our Friends of IREM for your continued generousity - your prizes made this night a success!!
All proceeds from this event went to the IREM FOUNDATION as a charitable contribution.

Chapter 92 held it's first ever IREM Young Professionals "IYP" event on Friday, March 13th at Strike Bethesda.
This was the first gathering planned by the IYP Committee and it was a
great success! Attendee's enjoyed food and beverages while bowling the
night away. This was a great night to network and have fun with IREM
colleagues while building strong relationships.
